Is this the official test app?
No. This is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
connected to the Home Office or any part of the UK government. Book the real test
only through GOV.UK.
What is free, and what do I pay for?
Everything is unlocked for your first 24 hours. After that, Chapters 1 and 2 stay
free forever — lessons, study sheets and unlimited practice — along with two full
mock exams. One payment unlocks all five chapters, every visual gallery and the
complete audio guide. It is a single purchase, not a subscription.
I paid before but the app says it's locked.
Tap the unlock prompt and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you are
signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, entirely. All questions, images and audio are bundled with the app.
Why does a question look different the second time?
That's deliberate. Every fact has several phrasings, and the app rotates them so
you learn the fact rather than memorising one sentence — which is how people come
unstuck in the real exam.
The narration voice sounds robotic.
The 495 bundled narrations use a natural voice. If you hear a synthetic one, you
have reached an entry without a recording, and the app falls back to your device's
built-in speech.
Is my progress sent anywhere?
No. There are no accounts, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. See the
privacy policy.
